We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept the delivery of your order, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery (or if you brought the product home yourself), you have 15 days to contact us regarding defects, damage, or other issues.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, with the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the products at nfl@usportsnation.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Refund method and timing
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages
US Sports nation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, US Sports nation will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nfl@usportsnation.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched may be denied a return.

Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return or allow a return with a non-refundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.

If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.

Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, memberships, completed services, bidets, opened consumable items including batteries, cleaning agents, oils, fuel, ink, and 3D printer filament.
